1. Participation & Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and must operate in a professional or aspiring professional capacity in the creative industry (e.g., photography, modeling, floristry, event planning, hair and makeup artistry, etc.).

1.2 Registration
All participants must complete the registration process and pay in full prior to the shoot. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payments & Cancellations

2.1 Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-refundable.

2.2 Cancellations

• If you are unable to attend, you may sell or transfer your ticket to another qualified creative with prior written approval from us.

• Cancellations made by the Company (e.g., due to weather or vendor issues) will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

3. Content Use & Credits

3.1 Content Rights
Participants may use the images or content captured at the styled shoot for portfolio, social media, and promotional use. All content must properly credit participating vendors and the styled shoot organizer.

3.2 Credit Requirements
You agree to credit all participating vendors and tag the styled shoot host [@YourInstagramHandle or business name] in any public use of content. A full vendor list will be provided.

3.3 Exclusivity
Images may not be submitted for publication without written permission from the Company. We may reserve the right to submit to publications first.

4. Conduct & Respect

4.1 Professional Behavior
Participants agree to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disruptively without refund.

4.2 Damage & Liability
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to property, rentals, or venue space. The Company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

5. Media & Promotion

By attending, you grant us permission to photograph and/or film you and your work during the event and use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials. We also have the first exclusive publishing rights to all of the shoots we host.

6. Weather & Venue Policy

Styled shoots may be held rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather or emergency venue changes, we will notify participants of updates as soon as possible. We reserve the right to modify the schedule, vendors, or theme for creative or logistical reasons.

7. COVID-19 & Health Safety

Participants agree to comply with all current state and local health regulations. If you are ill or have been exposed to COVID-19, please notify us immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts located in Maryland.

9. Agreement

By registering and/or attending a styled shoot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
